Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

If above conditions are not met, a partial refund or in-store credit may be offered.--New bicycle returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special order bikes are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Durable polyester fabric makes this pannier a long-lasting touring companion. The waterproof roll closure ensures safe and waterproof storage of food and equipment. With its QL2.1 fixing system, it is quickly mounted and taken off the bike rack. A shoulder strap provides carrying comfort when taken off the rack.
These classical rear panniers (pair) feature roll closures. The sides are made of PS490 material, and the front and back are made of PD620 material.
