Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

If above conditions are not met, a partial refund or in-store credit may be offered.--New bicycle returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special order bikes are subject to a 50% restocking fee. The E*Thirteen By The Hive XCX Plus Cassette is an elegant upgrade for any 11-speed gravel or XC drivetrain.
The 9t cog allows for more range in an overall smaller cassette, which means less weight and faster jumps between gears. These cassettes utilize a two-piece construction, allowing for individual parts to be replaced as they wear.
XCX Plus 11 Speed Cassettes use 10 steel cogs and 1 aluminum cog. These replacement parts are designed for use with 9-34t, 9-39t, and 9-42t XCX Plus Cassettes.
